How do I earn points?

As a Member, you'll gain 30 points for every €1 you spend in our stores and on nameit.com. When you become a Plus member, you'll gain 45 points for every €1 you spend.

What do I need to know before signing up to Club NAME IT?

Club NAME IT is a loyalty program where you collect points. You get points with every purchase made in our stores, in our app and at nameit.com. All stored in one place.

When you collect points, you unlock exclusive offers, rewards, event invitations and much more.

You can find all your receipts from store and online purchases in your My Account in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com.

Our membership is free, but you must be minimum 18 years to become a member.

You can find your member ID in your My Account in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com.

How do I become a member of Club NAME IT?

Club NAME IT is only available for customers with valid and confirmed accounts on nameit.com or in the app.

You must create an account on nameit.com or in the app. If you are in a NAME IT store, please do not hesitate to ask the staff to help you get started.

Shortly after you have created your account, you will receive an e-mail from us where you need to confirm your membership to get access to points, a welcome discount, rewards and all the other Club NAME IT benefits.

Customers with a valid and confirmed account before Club NAME IT went live are automatically members of Club NAME IT.

When did Club NAME IT become a loyalty program?

Our loyalty program started DD.MM.YYYY. From this date you also started to collect points if you were logged in to your valid and confirmed account on nameit.com or our app or if you scanned your Member ID in store.

How do I collect points?

All your purchases in-store, on the app and on nameit.com are rewarded with points. To collect points in-store, you must scan your member ID. You must be logged in when purchasing to collect points on nameit.com and in our app. You do not earn points when purchasing gift cards. Please also note that any delivery cost that may be applied to your basket on nameit.com or in the app does not give you any additional points.

Your points will be displayed on your My Account approximately 24 hours after earning them.

We cannot trace back and award points for previous orders. If you did not have an account when placing the order or if you were not logged in when placing the order on nameit.com or in the app, and if you did not identify with your member ID at the cashier in-store, we cannot award these points as they were not registered to your account, unfortunately.

Where can I find my rewards?

You will find your latest offers and rewards in your My Account in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com.

Please note that once you redeemed a discount or reward, it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.

When do I reach Plus Member?

Your membership level will be upgraded to Plus Member once you reach 10.000 points within a year from the day you became a member.

How do rewards work?

You will receive a reward approximately 24 hours after you have accumulated 7.500 points on your profile.

You can find your rewards in your My Account, and they can be redeemed in stores, in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com.

In stores, you need to activate the reward in your My Account to reveal the QR code and let the cashier scan it for the discount to be applied to your purchase. You have 1 hour upon redemption to use the reward in-store before it expires.

Online, you must copy the reward code and add the code at checkout to add it to your basket.

How does the free delivery work?

Plus Members get free delivery 4 times a year to a pick up point. The free delivery can be found in your My Account. You must copy the free delivery code and add it at checkout to add it to your basket.

When do I get a birthday gift for my child?

To receive a birthday gift on your child’s birthday, remember to add the date to your My Account. Your birthday gift will automatically be added under Rewards in your My Account 7 days before your child’s birthday, so you can shop one favourite item in-store, in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com. This way you will have time to find the right surprise for your child on their special day. The birthday gift is valid on one item for 14 days from the date it was received on, and it cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, gift cards or vouchers.

In stores, you need to activate the reward in your My Account to reveal the QR code and let the cashier scan it for the discount to be applied to your purchase. You have 1 hour upon redemption to use the reward in-store before it expires.

Why haven’t I received my reward yet?

Rewards will appear on your My Account approximately 24 hours after you have accumulated 7.500 points.

Why can’t I apply my reward at checkout?

Our rewards and offers have different terms and conditions, please make sure they are applied correctly at checkout.

€5 rewards can be combined with other rewards, deals, discounts and vouchers. They are valid on both full priced items and reduced items. They cannot be used on gift cards.

The birthday gift can only be used on one full priced item. It cannot be used on gift cards or in combination with other discounts, deals and rewards.

Our free delivery for Plus Members is only available 4 times a year and only to a pick up point.

For how long is my reward valid?

€5 rewards must be used within 90 days and the expiry date can be found below each reward in your My Account in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com.

The birthday gift is valid for 14 days from the date it was received.

How will I keep the Plus Member status?

Once you become Plus Member, you will keep this member status for a year. You will be downgraded to Member if you collect less than 10.000 points within a full year as Plus Member.

Where can I find my receipts?

All your receipts from purchases in-store and on nameit.com can be found under your My Account in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com.

How do I receive my welcome offer?

To receive your welcome offer, you must create an account via the NAME IT app or on nameit.com. After you have confirmed your account, you can find your welcome discount in your My Account. It can be used both in stores and at nameit.com.

In stores, you need to activate the discount in your My Account to reveal the QR code and let the cashier scan it for it to be applied to your purchase. You have 1 hour upon redemption to use the reward in-store before it expires.

Online, the welcome offer will be applied automatically during checkout on your first purchase. The welcome offer is valid for 30 days from the date it was received.

If the discount is not applied automatically during checkout, please try to log out and log in. If that does not help, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Where can I find my member ID?

You can find your member ID on your My Account in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com.

Can I use my membership abroad?

No. Your Club NAME IT membership is only valid in the country you reside in.

What happens if I return a product?

Points will be withdrawn from your balance of points.
