Membership

What is Club NAME IT?

Club NAME IT is our loyalty program where you earn points with every purchase – in store, in the app and on nameit.com. All your points are stored in one place on your profile. As a Member, you get access to exclusive offers, rewards, birthday gifts for your child and much more. Membership is free and only requires you to be a minimum of 18 years old.

How do I become a Member of Club NAME IT?

You create an account on nameit.com or in the NAME IT app. After signing up, you will receive an email that you need to confirm to activate your Membership and access your benefits. If you are already in a NAME IT store, our staff will be happy to help you get started. Customers with an existing and confirmed account are automatically enrolled in Club NAME IT.

What do I get as a new Member?

Once you have confirmed your account, you will receive a welcome discount as a thank you for signing up. You can find it under "My Account" and it can be used in store, in the app and on nameit.com. The welcome discount is valid for 30 days from the date you receive it. Remember to activate it at the till – online, you select it manually at checkout.

Where can I find my Member ID?

You can find your Member ID under "My Account" in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com. You will need your ID when shopping in store to ensure your points are registered.

Can I use my Membership abroad?

No. Your Club NAME IT Membership is only valid in the country you reside in.

How do I delete my Membership?

If you wish to cancel your Club NAME IT Membership or delete your account, you can do so under the settings in "My Account". Please note that any unused rewards and points will be forfeited upon deletion and cannot be recovered. You are also welcome to contact our customer service team if you need any help. If you wish to no longer receive newsletters, but still have an active membership, you can do so by simply clicking "unsubscribe" in the bottom of a newsletter. This will not affect your Club NAME IT membership.

Points

How do I earn points?

You earn points on all purchases in store, in the app and on nameit.com. In store, you must scan your Member ID at the till. Online, you must be logged into your account when placing your order. Please note: you do not earn points on gift cards, and any delivery costs will not generate additional points either.

When will I see my points on my profile?

Your points will appear on your profile up to 24 hours after your purchase has been completed. So don't worry if they are not there straight away – they are on their way! If you still cannot see them after 24 hours, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Can I get points for previous purchases?

Unfortunately not. We are unable to award points retroactively. If you were not logged in when placing your order online, or if you did not scan your Member ID in store, we cannot register the purchase afterwards. Tip: Always scan your ID or log in before adding items to your basket.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Your points are valid for one year from the day they are earned and will be removed automatically after that. If you return one or more items, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance as soon as the return has been processed.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

The points you earned on the returned item will be deducted from your balance once the return has been processed. If you have already used points from that purchase towards a reward, these unfortunately cannot be reversed.

Rewards

When do I receive a reward?

You will receive a reward once you have accumulated 7,500 points. It will appear in your "My Account" up to 24 hours after you have reached the 7,500 points.

How do I use my reward?

You can find your rewards under "My Account" in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com. In store: Activate the reward in your "My Account" to reveal the QR code and let the cashier scan your member ID first, then the reward QR after. Please note that the reward expires 1 hour after activation in store, so wait to activate it until you are ready to pay. Online: Select and apply the discount manually at checkout.

Can I combine multiple rewards on the same purchase?

Rewards received in exchange for points can be combined with other rewards, offers and discounts – on both full priced and reduced items. They cannot, however, be used on gift cards. Other vouchers, such as birthday gift, and member deals might have other conditions which differ from one another. The conditions can always be seen in the disclaimer on the voucher.

How long are my rewards valid?

Rewards received in exchange for points are valid for 90 days. You can find the expiry date below each reward in your "My Account". Other rewards and discounts have other validity periods. The conditions can always be seen in the disclaimer on the voucher.

Why can't I apply my reward at checkout?

Please check that the reward's terms and conditions are met – rewards and other discouts have different rules for what they can be used towards. Try logging out and logging back in again. If that does not help, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist.

Birthday Gift

What is the birthday gift and how do I receive it?

If you have added your child's birthday to your "My Account", you will automatically receive a birthday gift 7 days before your child's birthday – giving you plenty of time to find the perfect surprise. The gift can be used in store, in the app and on nameit.com. It is valid for 14 days and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Remember: the earlier you add your child's birthday, the better – the gift is only sent automatically if the date has been registered in time, and cannot be sent retrospectively if the date was added after the fact.

Plus Member

What is Plus Member and what does it give me?

Plus Member is our premium Membership level, which you reach once you have accumulated 10,000 points within one year. As a Plus Member, you receive additional benefits – including free delivery to a pick-up point 4 times a year, as well as access to exclusive offers and events. You also save up points at a faster rate than a regular membership.

How do I keep my Plus Member status?

You keep your Plus Member status for one year. If you collect fewer than 10,000 points during a full year as a Plus Member, you will be downgraded to the standard Member level at the end of that year.

How does free delivery work for Plus Members?

As a Plus Member, you receive free delivery to a pick-up point 4 times a year. You can find this benefit in your "My Account" and it is activated manually at checkout when ordering online.

Practical

Where can I find my receipts?

All your receipts – both from store and online purchases – can be found under "My Account" in the NAME IT app or on nameit.com.

How do I add my phone number?

If you have added your phone number to your account, the store staff can find your member ID through this. You add your phone number under "My Account" – "Profile".

What is your Fairplay Policy?

We want Club NAME IT to be fair and rewarding for everyone. If we detect any activity that appears unlawful or unfair, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your Membership and your Club NAME IT benefits.
