You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home or work with either Hermes or DHL. Standard delivery costs €3.95, but is free for orders above €50.  You can also choose to pick it up - simply select a Hermes or DHL service point, or a store that offers 'Click & Collect' near you.  You'll find a complete overview of all our delivery options and fees in our help section. 

Returns are always free! You have 30 days to return any items you don't want. Simply use the label provided and return your parcel to the same courier you used for delivery. You'll find an overview of our return policy in our help section.
